Concrete & Hardscaping in Celina, TX
Nothing in Celina needs concrete replaced — the flatwork is a couple of years old. What it needs is more of it, in the right places. Builders pour a small rear pad and a front walk, and everything past that is sod that turns to mud in spring and cracks in August.
Hardscaping is the other half of the outdoor-living answer here, and it is where a new-build backyard actually becomes a yard: a patio sized for furniture, a path to a fire pit, a border for turf, and drainage that keeps it all working.
Why homeowners in Celina hire us
Additive work on a new lot, planned once
Because nothing has to be demolished, Celina projects are clean and fast — but only if the layout is planned as a whole. Patio, path, fire pit, turf border and drainage in one pass costs far less than three separate visits.
Tying into new builder concrete invisibly
A fresh slab butted onto a two-year-old one shows forever. We plan the joint, match the finish, or wrap the whole area in pavers or stone so there is no seam to notice.
Architectural review taken as seriously as the pour
Master-planned Celina communities review hardscaping materials and colors while the neighborhood is still being built. We submit paver types, stone selections and layouts for approval before we order anything.
Drainage on a graded new lot
New subdivisions are graded to a drainage plan, and adding impervious surface without respecting it puts water against a new foundation or into a neighbor’s yard. We keep swales working and add drains where the plan requires.

Sod, a slab, and everything still to do
In a city where nearly the entire housing stock is new or under construction, concrete work is almost never repair. The driveway, front walk and rear pad were poured within the last few years to the builder's minimum spec, and they are fine — just small. The gap between what a production builder delivers and what a family actually uses is the entire market here: a patio big enough for a table and a grill, a walkway that connects the covered structure to a fire pit, defined borders so turf or beds do not bleed into lawn, and enough hard surface that the yard is usable when North Texas clay is either saturated or split open. Two constraints govern the work. New subdivisions are built to an engineered drainage plan, with swales and grades set lot by lot, so anything we add has to shed water the way the plan intended rather than damming it against a new foundation. And the community's architectural committee reviews hardscaping materials and colors as closely as it reviews structures, because the developer is still selling homes down the street. We submit for approval, pull the City of Celina permits where they apply, and build on compacted base with proper reinforcement so the new work outlasts the builder's.
