Bathroom Renovation in Frisco, TX
A Frisco primary bath is usually well laid out and about fifteen years old. Nothing is rotten. What dates it is the builder package: a tub-shower surround in 12-inch tile with a plastic pan, a bank of cabinet doors with a cultured or entry-level granite top, a builder mirror glued to the wall, and a shower valve that was the cheapest one that met code.
That means a Frisco bathroom remodel is predictable work on a short schedule. We took a Frisco primary bath down to the studs and had it finished in ten days — because the framing, drains and venting were all where they should be.
Why homeowners in Frisco hire us
HOA and community rules handled first
Interior bath work rarely needs association approval, but dumpsters, material staging and contractor parking hours often do in Frisco master-planned neighborhoods. We check the rules before day one instead of getting a notice on day three.
Ten-day schedules, honestly held
Newer homes let us sequence tight: demo, waterproofing, tile, set, finish. We publish the day-by-day plan up front and you can hold us to it.
Waterproofing done properly, not to builder minimum
Builder tub surrounds were often set over greenboard. Ours go over a bonded membrane with a flood-tested pan, photographed before tile.
Upgrade where it shows, keep what works
If the vanity boxes and plumbing locations are sound, we refinish and re-top instead of replacing. The savings go into tile, glass and fixtures, which is what you actually see.

What a 2000s Frisco bathroom needs
Because Frisco's housing stock is barely old enough to need repair, bathroom projects here are about specification rather than rescue. The rooms are generally sized well, the vent fans exist and are ducted, the supply lines are PEX or copper in good condition, and the drains are where a designer would want them. The dated part is the material list: 12-inch ceramic tile to a 6-foot line, a fiberglass pan, cultured marble or thin granite, an oversized garden tub in the corner of the primary bath that gets used twice a year, and chrome trim on a builder valve. Converting that unused tub to a larger walk-in shower is the single most common Frisco request we get, and on a home this new it is straightforward work. Where anything exterior-facing is involved, expect an HOA architectural submittal in addition to any city permit.
