    Kitchen Remodeling in Irving, TX

Our most documented project is an Irving kitchen. We took a closed-off, dated room down to the studs, rerouted electrical for a new layout, set shaker cabinetry and quartz, ran a full tile backsplash and new flooring, and handed it back in three weeks. Every stage of it is photographed on this site, so you can see exactly how we work before you call.

Irving is the widest-ranging city we serve. A Valley Ranch patio home from 1987 and a build from 2015 on the east side are not the same job and should not get the same quote. We scope the house in front of us rather than the city it sits in.

Why homeowners in Irving hire us

A finished Irving kitchen you can look at

Not a rendering and not a stock photo — a real three-week teardown here in Irving, shown stage by stage from demolition through installation to the finished room. Ask us anything about it and we can tell you what it cost and why.

    We know the four-decade spread

Valley Ranch and Las Colinas homes from the 80s and 90s usually need layout and power work. La Villita and the newer builds on the north and east edges usually need finish upgrades, not surgery. We price the era honestly instead of selling everyone the same package.

    Dallas County permitting, not Collin

Irving files with the City of Irving under Dallas County — a different office and a different rhythm from the Collin County suburbs. We pull the permits, schedule the inspections, and build the review time into the timeline instead of discovering it halfway through.

Owner on site, paid by stage

Tom runs the crew and is on the job through the project, and payments follow completed work — demo, rough-in, cabinetry, finish. You never pay ahead of what is built.

One city, forty years of building practice

Irving does not have a single housing type to plan around. Valley Ranch is a master-planned area of single-family homes, patio homes and townhomes built mostly between the 1980s and the early 2000s around a canal and trail system — compact kitchens, soffits, peninsulas and wiring sized for a 1980s countertop. Las Colinas is the older established core with its own mix. La Villita brought Mediterranean-influenced homes from the early 2000s onward, and the newer construction sits along the northern and eastern edges of the city, where kitchens are already open and the work is about upgrading builder finishes. Patio homes and townhomes add a wrinkle the other cities we serve rarely do: shared walls, tighter footprints and less room to relocate plumbing, which is worth knowing before anyone promises you an island. And because Irving is in Dallas County, the permitting path is different from Plano, Frisco or McKinney — we handle it either way.

Two recent kitchens show the two directions a project can take — a full teardown and rebuild, and a refinish that kept the existing cabinetry.
